My expectations from Sandson were to get help in my job search, to get tips and ideas on how to increase my chances for interviews and eventually a new job.
What expectations did you have of your coach?
Regarding my future coach, I hoped to get a person who was positive, could give me new perspectives and would like to make contacts in the business world. Even a person I knew genuinely wanted to help me.
In what way were your expectations met (or not)?
I am super satisfied with my time and help from Martin at Sandson.
What was the most valuable thing you took away from your time coaching at Sandson?
Got the best possible help, Martin gave me valuable tips and tools in my job search, great feedback, feedback and always with positive and lovely energy.
How would you describe your coach?
I am completely convinced that it was Sandson's help that was decisive when I was later called to a job interview at Visma Spcs in Växjö, which became my new workplace - as Customer Success Manager.
