What were your expectations of Sandson?
I chose Sandson because I believed the organisation would help me develop my skills and guide me through every step of my career-searching process.

What were your expectations of your coach?
I wanted a coach who was knowledgeable about the job market, not only in Sweden but internationally as well. I also expected someone who could offer advice and feedback. Furthermore, I wanted someone with initiative and a willingness to support me, equipping me with the tools to become more productive in my search for a future role.

In what way did we meet your initial expectation?
My initial expectation was to gain more knowledge and support to secure a job, and I did. My coach reviewed my CV, cover letters, and follow-up emails. She also helped me practice my interview performance, which enabled me to enhance my job-seeking skills significantly.

What was the most valuable thing about the coaching at Sandson?
My coach was available to support me whenever I needed it. We had fortnightly meetings, but she also guided me via email whenever I required assistance. I never had to ask twice for support.

How would you describe your coach?
I cannot put into words how supportive my coach was. She guided me whenever needed. As a result, we built a trusting relationship in which I felt confident sharing both my frustrations and successes in my job search.
