Julia is educated in behavioural science and psychology. She has extensive experience from both service roles and working with children and young people.
Julia leads work on method development and organisational development and holds staff responsibility at Sandson. She is Chair of the management team and Head of Operations for "Rusta och Matcha". Her inclusive leadership style creates a positive working environment in which individuals and teams can grow.
Julia also has international experience, contributing to an open and diverse perspective in her work. She is passionate about developing both people and organisations, with a focus on collaboration and sustainable development.
