What expectations did you have of Sandson?
Before I started, I hoped to get help introducing myself to the Swedish job market. I didn’t really know what to expect, but I was glad to start talking to someone about it and to understand how I could improve my chances here.

What expectations did you have of your coach?
Before I started, I hoped to find someone who could help me with my professional profile, and not much more. I didn’t think I would find someone I could truly relate to.

In what way were your initial expectations met?
My initial expectations were met and exceeded. The coaching has been a great support from day one, both in introducing me to the Swedish job market and as a real boost to my confidence. I was guided into the Swedish job market, with suggestions for sectors and companies I might not have considered before.

I received support in my career change, with useful tips for my cover letter, how to send speculative applications, and how to prepare for and succeed in interviews. I also received great encouragement and support for every positive response from employers.

What was the most valuable part of the coaching at Sandson?
The most valuable aspect of the coaching at Sandson was the help in keeping my motivation up, combined with practical tips on how and where to apply for jobs that suited me.

How would you describe your coach?
My coach was very friendly, polite, and wise, always available and willing to help. She was open-minded and inclusive. Speaking English was never a problem, and the focus was on finding job opportunities in Skåne within companies with an international outlook.

Is there anything you’d like to add?
I am grateful for the journey that has brought me to where I am today. Three months ago, I would never have expected to be in a position to answer these questions.
