In addition to personal meetings with your coach, we provide a digital platform called The Sandsons Academy that supports you in between sessions. The Sandsons Academy offers various training modules aimed at providing you, as a job seeker, with new insights and tools. These modules are available in both video and PDF formats, allowing you to choose what suits you best. Before starting the courses, you'll receive an introduction to Sandson, an understanding of our team, and important practical information for participants of Prepare and Match. Most importantly, you'll gain knowledge on everything from crafting an effective CV to building a professional network and optimizing your job search process.
Community College (Folkhögskola)
At Sandson, we also collaborate with community colleges throughout Skåne. This collaboration enables us to offer a study-motivating community college course to individuals without a high school diploma or basic higher education qualifications. The course lasts for three months and aims to motivate you to pursue further education. We provide individual guidance and equip you with the necessary tools to achieve your goals. The community colleges we work with include Albins Folkhögskola, Folkhögskolan Hvilan and Eslövs Folkhögskola.
What is Prepare and Match?
Prepare and Match (Rusta och matcha) is a support program designed for individuals registered with the Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). Arbetsförmedlingen assesses your eligibility for the Prepare and Match service, so you should contact a supervisor for an assessment. Prepare and Match offers support in finding employment or pursuing education. The service providers offer assistance in different languages and possess various industry knowledge. You have the freedom to choose the provider that best suits your profile.
