Sandson Academy
In addition to personalized coaching sessions, we provide a digital platform called Sandsons Academy to support you between meetings. Sandsons Academy offers various training modules that aim to provide you, as a job seeker, with new insights and tools. These modules are available in both video and PDF formats, allowing you to choose the format that suits you best. Before you start the courses, you will receive an introduction to Sandson, an overview of our team, and important practical information about Prepare and Match. Most importantly, you will gain knowledge on everything from crafting an impressive CV to building a professional network and effectively finding job opportunities.
Community College (Folkhögskola)
At Sandson, we also collaborate with community colleges in Skåne. This collaboration allows us to offer a motivating course at the community college level to individuals without a high school diploma or basic higher education qualifications. The three-month course aims to inspire you to pursue further education. You will receive individual guidance and the necessary tools to help you achieve your goals. We work with Albins Folkhögskola, Folkhögskolan Hvilan and Eslövs Folkhögskola as our partner schools.
What is Prepare and Match?
Prepare and Match (Rusta och matcha) is a support program designed for individuals registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). Your eligibility for Prepare and Match is determined by Arbetsförmedlingen, so please contact a supervisor to receive an assessment. The program offers support on your journey towards finding employment or pursuing education. The service providers offer support in various languages and possess industry-specific knowledge. You have the freedom to choose the service provider that best aligns with your profile.
